A longtime resident of Western North Carolina, Barb Linnville brings genuine love for the High Country and a deep understanding of its communities to every client she serves. After a rewarding 20-year career in education, Barb transitioned into real estate, where her passion for helping others naturally evolved into guiding clients through one of life's most meaningful investments, finding a place to call home in the Blue Ridge Mountains.

Having raised five children in the High Country, Barb offers invaluable local insight into Boone, Blowing Rock and surrounding mountain communities. When she's not working with clients, Barb enjoys reading, gardening and exploring the many beautiful hiking trails that make the region so special. She and her husband, Ric, love cooking together, traveling, attending live music and theater performances, and cheering on local sports teams. Most of all, they cherish time with their growing family, especially their four grandchildren, who make every gathering even more special.
